Iphone 6 #Hairgate: Real or Not?

After the Apple Iphone 6 #bendgate controversy comes the latest scandal that the Tech giants is facing today—the #hairgate. Some complains started to mushroom in September but it was not later than the first week of October that the controversy made it to the social media limelight. Dubbed as #hairgate, this latest complaint from Iphone 6 users said that strands of hair and beard get caught between the metal case and the glass straps. The controversy started gaining attention when one community member at the 9 to 5 Mac posted a complaint in the website saying that “…my iPhone 6 Plus, keeps yanking out my hair when I’m making call. Initially I thought it was the hair sticking to the screen protector. But upon closer inspection, it was the seam between the glass and aluminum– hair gets stuck and when you try to free it out, it hurts. I believe it’s not only me.” It is difficult to determine whether the issue is true or not, but Twitter netizens were very quick to make #hairgate a rising social media trend, so much so that big media outlets have jumped on the issue. Soon enough, tweets about the #hairgate started flooding Twitter. When #bendgate exploded over social media, it was followed by series of posts mocking Iphone 6 advertisements. So it is only expected that after the #hairgate controversy flooded twitter, it was followed by these:   The Guardian, then decided to put this claims to a test.   Video: http://videos-f-16.ak.instagram.com/hphotos-ak-xaf1/10725576_1543554985856116_1923709782_n.mp4   However, there are also those who are dismissing that the #hairgate issue is fake. Although there is still no comment from Apple about this latest controversy. Mashable said it conducted their own research and concluded that #hairgate is not a thing.   Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkG1qxUEPjk   Until more actual complaints and proofs are raised, the #hairgate issue may still remain inconclusive. Yet, the “gate” issues about the Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 plus is obviously giving a big blow to Apple’s...
